Refund policy
Because every piece of jewellery is custom made and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or refunds once an order has been produced. Each bracelet or anklet is created specifically to the size, chain style, and personal details selected during the ordering process.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
To report a problem with your order, please email lauren@infinitelinks.co.uk and include your order number along with clear photos of the item.
Please ensure that all sizes, chain selections, and personalisation details are correct before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.
